    This EP is my first recording. It came about from a series of workshops I attended with the wonderful singer/songwriter John Spillane and a writing session with singer/songwriter Claire Watts. John talks about a sense of place in certain songs. In writing my songs, which range from a holy well to a military ambush, I wanted to convey something of my love for the landscape, history and experience of County Clare.
